10 day waiting period

Ordered a PA-15 and fully intended on killing myself today (I even left work to pick it up since it just arrived) and was told because I’m under 21 I have a 10 day waiting period before I can pick it up. When she told me I couldn’t get it my face tingled, my body felt weak and I got tunnel vision, but I just said “okay, that’s fine.” After getting home I cried and screamed but now I feel so empty and tired I can’t even move and I’m so lost as to what to do.
