Fancyfeast help

I took my buddy to the vet after puking and it’s been consistent with the changes seen in fancy feast gravy lovers. Is there a good quality swap for this i will try anything please :/

I am so sad and angry about the quality changes and trying to find the right one since my cat will only eat wet food.
