getting back energy + possible refeeding syndrome

Symptom relief/advice

Hi Guys,

TL;DR:
Can some PEM crashes and bad PEM crash reactions to interventions also being a form of refeeding syndrom, due to the cells rebalancing minerals to fix the mitochondria, but not having the proper minerals to do so?

This might mask a proper intervention doing something good, but the crash caused by not being able to restore mineral homeostasis?

Longer version:

In my LC jourmey and have tried a boatload of things, some helped more some helped less, some worsened me. I was starting to get bad episodes again and also some muscle cramps. I also had a wierd case that sometimes when I drank Aquarius I was more awake after a couple of minutes (this didn't happen always).

I read about low potassium and had some familiar symptoms, so I ordered a electrolyte which had a higher degree of potassium in it. This is the specific elektrolyte: https://www.amazon.nl/dp/B0DK2CVJ4V

Now it has a higher degree of potassium then the others (and no sugar). well I've also had other forms of elektrolytes in the past, but didn't have the same effect. But this one seems to give me a substantial amount of energy.

But even more triggering is that when I'm in a PEM crash and I feel exhausted, taking that seems to get me out of that PEM crash, or at least to 80/90% back again to level of "just tired".

Also when I try certain interventions/supplements, like mitochondrial related or sitting in the sun, I also seem to get a PEM crash.

That's where I might have connected some dots. Since I also have a potassium/calcium/sodium imbalance measured.

Was my PEM crash not somewhere a triggered form of acute Refeeding Syndrom. That when I did a mitochondrial intervention which causes my cells to rebalance the minerals I technically, due to low potassium, caused a refeeding syndrom, which causes that crash?

In addition I'm also taking 20mg of MitoQ at the start of the day. I'm on day 3 and wow, getting strength back in my muscles but also way more energy. But if I don't balance that with the elektrolyte I get fatigued and burning and weak legs in half a day. So this is also what triggered me.
