am i overreacting? I have had sex with a condom, my period is late by two days so far, what are my chances of pregnancy?

okay so my period is kind of late (by two days), and i have been seeing someone every few weeks. whenever my period is late i start getting anxious. when we have sex he uses a condom and he always finishes inside the condom. i’m pretty sure none of them have broke. i haven’t taken any plan b since feb 23rd and it made my period come a week early in march.

i also just came back from japan earlier this week on march 29th (im from california ~ 16 hour time difference), and online it says that jet lag can also delay your period? i was wondering if this was the case and my period is going to be late because my body is still adjusting to the time difference.

any clarification or insight would be a great help!! im planning to take a pregnancy test next week but dont know if i need to take it sooner or if i even need to take one at all.
