Under risking causing losses?
Thanks in advance for everyone's time.
I've been trading for several years now, full time, all-in. But, I am inherently risk averse.
Therefore, my position sizing on each trade is very conservative. Often times, I will execute a successful trade using my strategy, with decent R:R gain, but the actual profit $ isn't "high enough for me." This causes me to seek another set up, then another...each will usually less likelihood of success, often turning a green day red. This actually sounds like the reverse of typical traders who often OVER leverage.
I'd appreciate if anyone has had similar issues and how they overcame the mental limitation of under-sizing due to lack of confidence (or any other reason). My goal, as I'm sure is for most, is to execute 1-2 trades per day and CALL IT.
Thanks again and good luck traders!
