Homocysteine and MMA methods of testing

I'm looking into testing MMA and/or Homocysteine levels and I just saw that there are 3 methods of testing, I know I could run a simple search or ask AI but I rather ask this forum what your experiences if any with these methods of testing is.

DBS (Dried blood sample) for Homocysteine, Blood draw for Homocysteine and MMA and this is the one I'm most interested in: Urine for both Homocysteine and MMA.
