Vintage Story 1.22.0 RC7 wont start

I tried to run RC 7 today and it wont start for me at all, no cmd, no error, no nothing.

Previously I already tried RC4, 5 and 6 and always the same issue.

By now I've reinstalled and deleted the game multiple times, went into roaming, deleted folders, reinstalled all the .net versions from 8.0 to 10.0.5 and ask the AI (which didnt help in the slightes, who would have guessed)

Somebody got any ideas? Still running win10, 1.21 works flawlessly.
