Minecraft keeps lagspiking, HELP!

My pc can usually run games pretty well but for some reason my minecraft has frame lag spikes that go from 300 down to 0 some times every couple of seconds. I am playing with shaders but i have taken them off and the same problem occurs. My ram usage isn't the problem I allocated like 10gb of ram. I am playing on lunar client as well.
