I've narrowed down my deck choices to two (and a variant), help me pick and refine list, and understand matchups!

After much, much playtesting, i've finally chosen two(ish) decks i like: Dragapult and TR's Mewtwo. I want to do well in my locals, so I want to pick one of them and stick with it, but my knowledge on matchups is very, very limited, so I need help picking. For Dragapult, I'm stuck between two variants: Blaziken and Dusknoir. I seriously have no idea what would be stronger, so I'll add both lists I'm thinking of using to the post comments; while for Mewtwo, it's just TR's Mewtwo, but i still need to the refine the list as it feels quite bricky. My locals has an ungodly ammount of TR's Mewtwo and Honchkrow players, so advice on which of the two decks is better into those matchups would be greatly appreciated!
