Need some recommendations for creating a new world for me and my friend to play as full newbies to the game (no mods as my friend has a bad pc)

So I got my friend to play pz with me after 3 days of begging, so we started playing a bit maybe 3 hours deep, but I just wanna make this play feel comfy for us and somewhat hard aswell, so can someone tell me what do I need to change in server settings, player settings and even add some light mods if they exist in pz, something that wont take away a lot of FPS for my friend :D
