I'm a 27F, 5'3 , 179 Lbs.  1st week of feb i got a low grade fever with not much high temperature.  I had chills and weakness with swollen tonsills. my doctor prescribed Doxycycline for 5 days. the weakness and chills went away but tonsils remained swollen. I took doxy for 3 days and then forgot about it for 2 days. then restarted again for 2 days. post this i visited the doctor as the tonsils were still swollen. they prescribed Azythromycin.  took it properly but no change in tonsils. got strep swab plus strep culture done and also got blood work done. Hs CRP was 2.0. ASO 43. strep tests negative. All this happened im 3 weeks. in the 4th week I saw a small white dot on my right tonsils followed by ear pain and pain swallowing food. went to the doc again and he said its exudate and that I need to visit an ENT. They tried getting an ENT referal and its been a month now. no luck with the appointments.  FYI the exudate is not visible now

meanwhile 2 days ago I got the same infection symptoms as in Feb. chills , feverish , weakness.  goosebumps,  green mucus and a little pain in tonsils. doc prescribed doxy which is still not making a difference.  another important point to note is that I get chills and feverish feeling in the afternoon. and its fine by night. morning im all good. 

no one is able to figure out what is wrong with me. can you guys help me figure out what is this issue ? 

Also today I found this mark on my thigh. not sure if this causing an issue
