Dutch rail operator is a heap of shit

I take this third world rail operator NS maybe twice a month. Each time, this heap of shit operator ends up cancelling trains for no reason and make up complete lies. Their only aim is to cut costs during busy off peak times like Friday evenings. They should privatise that heap of shit and sack the entire incompetent hierarchy.
