Converting the M.o.t.M to other War bands, ideas?

So, these new models are amazing, but since I play Fallen with a sprinkling of Night lords and Emperors children I’m not planning on keeping these guys as their basic looks. Any recommendations to make them feel more in line with the Warband?

But the big issue is that I’m also not keen on the dog soldier. Any idea what I could proxy for him and not have to have a filthy xeno in the army?
