Every single match i have 2 hard losing lanes

and I don't know what to do. I'm on a 10 game loss streak over 3 days, and every single match, without fail, I have 2 hard losing lanes, like 0/10 by 15 minutes.

What did I do to deserve this hell? What would you do in this case? Just quit? Take a break? Like, I'm at a total loss.
