struggling with my relationship (19f and 19m)

my bf and i have been long distance for our entire relationship. for the first year, everything was great and we’d call/text pretty often (small texts throughout the day and call for 1-2 hrs)

then college started, and we both became really busy. however, i always found little cracks of time in my day to call him or text him something small to let him know im thinking about him. he BARELY does this, maybe once a month. we call for about 5-10 minutes at the end of everyday, and it’s usually me that’s calling him. if i don’t call him we either don’t talk at all for the day or he’ll call me rly late at night right before he’s about to sleep. i’m not concerned about cheating at all because that’s just not his character and he never goes out to parties/doesn’t drink. he does have a pretty busy schedule though but i just can’t help but think like u rly can’t find a couple minutes in between your schedule to just call me and check in? and i’ve brought this problem up to him multiple times before and nothing changes. idk what to do i love him so much and when we’re in person, everything is amazing. he’s a really good person and treats me well, but i just don’t know if i can continue to put up with this. i feel so lonely in my relationship and i need advice on what to do.
