Does laser hair removal remove freckles and/or moles?

I got my facial hair lasered (2nd time ever) last week. I noticed my beauty marks scabbed a little. A few days pass, suddenly, they’re pink (like healed skin) and practically gone?? One was a small, pinpoint mole, it was raised and brown, and by my filtrum. The other was more of a large freckle, flat, dark brown, and in the typical cheek beauty mark spot. I’ve had the first one since I was little, but the second one appeared a few years ago. My beautician said that they should come back, just spf it and keep it hydrated. But I’m concerned that it won’t since it looks like regular healed-over skin. I can’t post images due to being on the browser, so I hope my descriptions were enough.
