Why did I feel good after vomiting?

Typical situation: I take kratom (which has little effect due to tolerance) when I feel bad and have to do some homework. I'm starting to get frustrated that kratom isn't working very well. So I'm going to take a nicotine sachet/pouch (which is now just a placebo, but a functional placebo [because my brain considers drugs to be something special]). I still feel bad, I have no appetite (which is an important source of mood improvement and motivation for me)...

That's why I try to improve my mood by watching YouTube videos or playing games, for example ((assuming my ego allows it). But these things can't get me out of a bad mood (most of the time)

The kratom effect has worn off, and I still feel bad. I suddenly get urge to vommit. After vomiting, I feel much better mentally for a while: apathy/boredom is reduced, my body feels "light". For some reason (maybe due to a better mood) I immediatelly get an appetite for food - which will further improve my mood (despite the fact that I do activities on my phone while eating that would bore me without food - and despite the fact that I eat very slowly)

Has anyone else experienced an improvement in mood after vomiting?

Sometimes it seems to me that the brain intentionally tries to induce vomiting: because it knows it will reduce boredom/frustration and provide a "mood reset". in other words, not only kratom itself plus nicotine is responsible for vomiting

This hypothesis also fits in with the fact that when I feel better, the combination of kratom and nicotine has never made me vomit. sometimes I imagine how the vomit that comes out of me contains all the negative emotions (which leave immediately after vomiting)

thank you for the answers

PS: Of course, I know that using vomiting as a way to regulate the psyche is a very bad idea. I try to reduce the number of days I vomit as much as possible. (also because the more often I vomit, the less mental relief it provides)
