500k redemption strategy - any helpful tips?

I have 500k UR points I want to use for 2 lie-flat seats from ATL to OGG (Maui) on 3/6/27 and return 3/13/27. Right now my plan is:

Start checking 4/9 with a focus on American Airlines

Target DFW or PHX - OGG leg and add ATL - DFW/PHX later

Transfer to Avios when flights found

Is this a realistic plan to get under 500k? I want both of the longer legs to be lie flat and business/first for the shorter stretches. Open to any feedback as rewards travel is pretty new to me.
