Passport expedited question.

I have a flight on April 12 and just had an altercation with my passport getting damaged. I have paid for the highest expedited shipping being 1-3 days. Question is my appointment is Monday at 8 am will I have enough time to get my passport back before the 12th? I know it says 1-3 days but it worries me.
