Peruvian restaurant recommendations in South Beach?

I used to loooooove El Chalan on the Beach, but it sadly seems to have gone downhill.

The ceviche was still delicious, but they do t have bread anymore and the soup was thin, so sad.

I’ve heard Ceviche 105 is great, but I rather go to a more traditional place. Any recommendations?
