I (26M) have a crush on a married colleague (27F). How to get over it?

I work remotely. The company organizes short trips (~a week long) twice a year where the entire team gets together just to chat and hang out. And I think I've developed a crush on a married colleague. Of course I try to hide it as I don't want drama, and other people's relationships are a taboo for me. However, it still stings. What makes it worse is that she's quite tactile - the type of person to hug you when you meet or try to pull you onto the dance floor by the arm. And we sort of have great friendly banter.

So far the best option seems to be to cut contact, but I don't want to quit the job. Trying to avoid her would probably be quite rude so I don't like that option either. Confessing will probably cause unwanted drama (and probably a punch to my face, lol).

If that's not bad enough yet, I've never had a girlfriend, and I'm kinda fixated on that. Idk why I can't just live peacefully.

With all that in mind, what are my options to get over it, if any?
