CD40 no ovulation or period

Hey yall, I had a MC at 15 weeks back in February. It’ll be 6 weeks since this Sunday. I only just started getting negative tests on sensitive, early detect HPT and never got blood drawn after the loss. I had an abdominal ultrasound and the doctors said it didnt look like anything was retained, but my endometrium lining was thick so they gave me miso to take the same week the loss happened. I bled for about 2 weeks after.

In my PreMom app I put the MC as CD1 and I’m now on CD40 with no LH surge in sight and no period. Should I reach out to my OB this Monday and see about getting medication to jump start a period or wait another week?

I want to get back into TTC as soon as possible, so if I can prevent waiting any longer than necessary for my cycles to come back. I would rather do that than stay in limbo only for potentially nothing to change in the next two weeks. Considering my HCG has only gotten low enough to not be detected on tests, within the past 3/4 days, I’m not sure if it may just take some time for my body to kick back into gear after.

Has anyone experienced something like this? I know I was further along but most I’ve read from others with a second trimester loss got a period or ovulated by now. I’m almost positive there’s nothing retained since my pregnancy tests are negative, but like I said I don’t want to play the waiting game only for nothing to change.
