1) The most massive WN star discovered in the galaxy so far: Stuemao AA-A h490
2) This star doesn’t emit any light at all, as its temperature is only 7 K (−266.15 °C). It appears as a massive black sphere suspended in space.
3) My totals for Wolf-Rayet discoveries from the latest expedition — around 200 new finds. There are still plenty of undiscovered WR stars out there — I found an entire unexplored region full of them. The problem is that most people keep searching in the same places.

This has been my best trip so far, and I’m getting close to the 1 million club (almost a million light years traveled in hyperspace). Along the way, there were also plenty of smaller but still amazing discoveries — like an Earth-like world in the habitable zone of a neutron star (Stuemao LY-P d6-6908 7). The best part is that right after returning, I went fishing and caught a trophy brown trout weighing 1.2 kg — so my mood right now is absolutely through the roof. I also want to share a small update on the exobiology tool I was working on. I promised to run tests and report back, and I did a pretty serious round of testing. Unfortunately, the results weren’t great — more than 70% of the planets it suggested already had first-footfall data. So for now, I’ve paused development. Maybe I’ll come back to it later if I figure out how to solve the filtering problem. At the moment, I’ve returned to working on my main project. I’ll share details later — don’t want to show a raw version yet — but it’s shaping up to be something really powerful.
