[HIRING] Minimalist watercolor nebula tattoo; design budget ~80-100 USD

I want to hire someone to design a minimalist tattoo of a watercolor nebula. I'll give plenty of details on what I would like. Budget is around 80-100 USD. I am happy to pay through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp. No specific deadline.
