It’s decision time!

I want to microneedle at home. I’ve been following along for a bit and have used the search feature and read loads of posts and am 98% set on a Derminator 2. I have it down to the Derminator 2, Dr. Pen M8S and Dr. Pen A11.

My only question about not going the Dr. Pen route - will I miss having the ability to use a nano cartridge for serums? It sounds like a lot of people like that option for more frequent use.
