High hemoglobin

Homozygous H63D

Wonder what folks do/if there’s an explanation for high hemoglobin & hematocrit despite normalizing ferritin (72), iron (20) & TSAT (39%) with phlebotomy. Don’t want to proceed with another phlebotomy at current levels but wondering why hemoglobin is up again/what to do about it?
