Seat moving sometimes when entering?

I recently got a used 2024 Engage, and am having an odd issue. Yes, I've disabled the driver seat move thing on entry. I have an issue where sometimes, but not every time, the seat moves up a bit when entering, and to get it back I need to press the seat memory button. Could there be another position tied to the key I created a profile with or something I am missing?
