Can hydroceles or cysts cause a sharp pain during sex.

35 m 250 lbs 6 ft my medical history is hypertension treated with olmesartan and amlodepine. Since this is sex related im heterosexual in a monogamous relationship with no stis or new partners since last tested.

i mentioned to my gp i was occasionally having a sharp tug on my testical during sex right before the end. he ordered a scrotal ultrasound which showed bilateral hydroceles and a epididymil cyst on my left testicle right by where i feel the pain. i was told these were common largely harmless but not explanatory. But could this just be like a mechanical stress right on an area with a little bump. im more interested in an answer that in treatment.
