How do y’all plan drug holidays?

Hello! I’ve been on Concerta 36 mg for few months and I used to skip in between.Yesterday I got it increased to 54 mg and kinda scared lol even though it was me who pushed for 54 mg so I was wondering how to plan drug holidays? How do y’all do it?
