📦 Shipping & Tracking Update (PLEASE READ)

I’ve been getting a lot of emails/messages about tracking showing “label created” and people asking if their package was actually dropped off.

Let me clear this up:

All orders from the past couple weeks are packed and ready to go. The issue right now is USPS tracking… it’s inconsistent as hell.

Where I’m at, USPS won’t scan prepaid packages at the counter. You literally just drop them in the bin and that’s it.
And this is where the problem starts…

👉 USPS does NOT scan every package right away
👉 Some packages don’t get scanned until they’re out for delivery
👉 So tracking will sit on “label created” even though it’s already been dropped off

Example:
I can drop off 10 packages on Monday… next day only 1–4 show scans, the rest look like nothing happened. Then customers check tracking and think I never shipped it.

I get it — it looks bad. But it’s not an excuse, it’s just how USPS has been moving lately.

⚠️ Here’s the bigger issue on my end:

If a package never gets scanned at all, I have zero proof I dropped it off.
That means I’m the one eating the cost — refund or reship out of pocket.

So when I see multiple packages with no movement, I have to slow things down to make sure I can cover any losses.

I’m not about to send out a $1000+ batch while 5+ packages look like they vanished.

✅ What this means for you:

• If you got tracking → your order is going out / already dropped
• If it says “label created” → give it time, scans are delayed
• Older orders (early last month) → getting priority shipping
• Some orders → I’m upgrading to UPS on my dime to move faster

I know some of you have been waiting longer than expected, and I apologize for that.
Just know I’m not playing with anyone’s order — I’m making sure everything lands or gets replaced if anything goes wrong.
