Great game today running my Grey Knights into Pactbound Zealots and came away with a solid 97–48 win 💪

Opponent was testing a new list with plenty of big threats, triple Forgefiends, two Vindicators, Land Raider, Obliterators, the lot… so there was definitely no shortage of targets 😅

Tried a slightly different version of my list today, dropped a Grand Master Dreadknight and brought in 2 Razorbacks and a Techmarine.

Honest thoughts…

The Razorbacks actually did alright. They stuck around all game and chipped in for secondaries which is always nice for the points 👍

Techmarine got one activation off but just felt a bit too slow to really keep up with the pace of the list. Didn’t quite have the impact I was hoping for.

Big takeaway though… I really missed that extra Dreadknight.

The pressure they apply is just massive. Having that third one in the list makes such a difference in forcing decisions and trading up early. Definitely felt that absence.

Armigers though… unreal again 🔥

Ran them as a duo and the pressure they bring is just constant. Properly forces your opponent to deal with them or lose key pieces.

All in all, good win, good test, and a few tweaks already in mind for the next one 👀

Back to the drawing board… but feeling confident with where the list is heading 💭
