Lower Manhattan bday venue recs?

Hi BWT! I am looking for recs for a venue in lower Manhattan to host a bday party for between 50 and 100 people. Ideally somewhere that live musicians or DJs can setup and play, as well as a beverage package.

Not for me, I’m an assistant and this is for my boss (sigh) who is wealthy but has no idea how to spend their own money.

Any ideas or recs are greatly appreciated!
