Kuroushi moveset (need help)

So I'm trying to make a Kuroushi moveset for JJS, I'm trying to make it so that if u press R while/or after landing ur 4th M1 the festering life sword takes effect and causes extra damage. I'm new to skill building and very bad with tags, so if anyone could help id appreciate it
