How to dump someone?

I met this guy online...honestly a great person, makes me feel heard and seen.

but we have so many differences ...I feel really insecure

this feeling is eating me up

should I just ghost him ? I don't think i wanna continue this ...am a very anxious person...ahhh I brought this up on myself
