Don't know where to go or what to do, help a newbie!

Hi yall, so basically I started playing TBC for the first time ever two weeks ago (im a completely new wow player). I am a blood elf mage level 22 and I have completed all of the Ghostlands and Silvermoon quests, but I don't where to go or what to do now, im so fricking lost, where should I go to level up and continue playing?
