M Label Auto Pte Ltd dirty practice

My car dealer asked for my first month instalment together with my deposit, I went ahead and trusted him. Haven’t seen that installment credited into my loan account and the installments have been giro deducted from my bank account and as of today, it has been 7 months! Spoke with the car dealer and I feel he has been giving excuses, say busy la, say this situation that situation. I called the loan partner and bank to confirm that they didn’t receive this payment..

Used car buyers please beware of such practices! Ask upfront what is their payment process. I think part of me going ahead with the purchase was that I paid the deposit and I sua gu didn’t ask what’s the payment process.

Is anyone willing to share how I can get back this money?
