RANT: duolingo japanese update

i am so angry at the new japanese update. messed up my progress. now i tackle a lesson with new words i never heard of before making me lose motivation towards learning it. my word log is messy.

how did you guys cope with this new change? i’m thinking of uninstalling the app honestly :/ it frustrates me too that none of my friends who uses duolingo went through this update
