Moving West Mercia to Devon & Cornwall

I have an opportunity to transfer/move to a new role in D&C. I'm not fully committed and have a lot of doubts - there are pros and cons to both. Wary of giving too much info but I am civilian currently working about 70% in office, but the new role would be about 90% WFH. I'm single but have a mortgage which makes relocating trickier.

Has anybody made a similar move and able to give advice or tips? Would you do the same again?
