How to move up from warehouse work?

Im 35 and have worked warehouse for the last 10 years and looking for a change just don’t know how to do it or what would be a good fit. My plans are to move to a different state in the future to be with my girlfriend but the area (southern Arkansas) does not have a strong high paying job market especially for warehouse. I have experience loading route trucks, pulling orders, doing inventory and currently unloading trailers running a forklift. I would like to find a job making at least $60,000 and remote if possible. Asking AI it has suggested inventory manager or logistics coordinator but unsure of what skills i need to gain or how to go about making it happen realistically. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
