What are some copes for ROCD triggers/loss of attraction caused by OCD?

Support please, no reassurance

For context, I am diagnosed. I'm merely seeking advice from other OCD-sufferers on how to deal with what I think is an ROCD trigger.

Background: I met a really cool girl a couple weeks ago and so far we've been talking for about a month. I definitely found her attractive initially as I remember thinking she was cute and that we had a lot in common but in the past week half or so I've suddenly felt like that attraction has abruptly dried up? Particularly after we had spent some time at my house I just randomly couldn't look her in the eye and I started feeling the ick for like, various minute reasons.

Granted, the past 2 weeks (which coincide with this feeling) have been extremely stressful for me (academic, personal stressors), to the point where I've been avoiding any social interactions outside of studying with my friends. That being said, I feel less desire to spend time with her than I do with my friends and I think she's starting to notice because she asked me if I was still 'into' her. This lowkey started my spiral and now the relationship is starting to stress me out too.

Right now I suspect my loss of attraction might be tied to stress/OCD. I'm definitely hyperfixating on her appearance and whether or not I find her attractive (like nitpicking mentally whenever our humours don't match up) since she brought it up and it is really stressing me out. I also know it is abjectly horrible of me and I want to stop because it is making me feel awful. Can anyone help? I've been diagnosed with OCD since mid-late last year.

It would also be helpful if any one had a clear way of distinguishing if I'm actually losing attraction or if this is stemming from ROCD.
