My Dad (Florida) chose an attorney for his will/estate.

My sister has Power of Attorney and is Medical Proxy, I am backup(?). She and I and the attorney and my dad are going to meet via a phone conversation sometime in the near future.

What are some questions we need to ask? My dad has a home (no mortgage) and a couple other pieces of land also in Florida.
