Portal wont connect after updating

I updated my portal a couple of days ago and since then i havent been able to connect to my ps5

When trying to connect from rest mode it turns on the console but it gets stuck at press ps button on controller and after a bit the portal says something went wrong

ive tried restarting both the console and the portal, turned airplane mode on and off, restarted the portal from settings and connecting to my account again but nothing works
