EB-2 NIW (Non-Academic / Industrial) – Welding Specialist Looking for Law Firm Recommendations

Profile

Hi,

I’m looking for recommendations for immigration law firms experienced with non-academic EB-2 NIW cases, particularly in industrial or technical fields.

My background:

  • 13+ years as a Welding Specialist (refinery, petrochemical, aerospace)
  • 7 director-level reference letters (projects involving Exxon, BP, Chevron, Phillips 66)
  • 3 U.S.-based executive (COO-level) recommendation letters stating that my expertise is in demand in the U.S. and difficult to find locally
  • ~10 documented job opportunities / employer interest from the U.S.

All documentation is prepared.

I understand my case is non-academic (no publications) and is based on industry impact, shortage of specialized skills, and U.S. demand.

I am now looking for firms that have successfully handled industrial / non-research NIW cases.

👉 Has anyone here had success with a similar profile?
👉 Any recommendations for law firms that are strong in this type of case?

Thanks in advance!
