Numb emotion and fatigue

I started taking Sertraline 50mg around 3 weeks ago. One of the main side effects I’m experiencing is emotional blunting or numbness, which only goes away very occasionally.

I think about how I should feel, rather than actually feeling it. For example, when I'm out with friends, I think “I should feel happy right now” but I don’t.

I've also been experiencing fatigue which makes me feel worse and just makes me want to go home and rot in my bed.

Together, these effects have led me to harmful habits just to feel something and I’m very worried. I mentioned everything to the Urgent Care team who visit me every other day, but they said that it’s a common side effect and offered no advice.

Any advice?
