location: tulsa,ok so I watched this video on fb and did some digging and it seems legit basically the video was describing a process called "quiet title action" but the twist is is that you find properties that are possessed by the county or state for delinquent unpaid taxes for 5+ years and basically go like hey yea this is my house file the paperwork wait the needed time if anyone wants to contest your claim and then boom you pay the back taxes and you got yourself a house/property to do with as you please my question is is this legal?? and if so how exactly would you go about that??
