Can my sister (current on job seeker visa) apply for a self employment visa in Germany if I (18 F from US) am doing content creation and she helps me bring clients and sales?

I am posting this question because I need someone to help her and wanted to know who I should consult with regarding this issue. So I am trying to ask for suggestions and tips and the ground reality from Reddit first and if I could hire a person from Fiverr or any suggested site for a consultation regarding the same.

Information:

She finished her Masters in Germany. She was on a student visa since 2021 and is currently on a job seeker visa for almost about a year now, so technically she only has 6 months left to find a job here in Germany with the job seeker visa.
Since she is not finding any job, she has turned towards me for help and we were wondering if it would be possible to work as a team where she helps me in my marketing, bring clients to me etc thus being self employed?
If I earn enough, meeting the standard in Germany, is it possible that this route is possible for self employment and getting the self employment visa? My theory was that the country would benefit since most of the clients would be from US so there would be direct insource of capital to Germany? How difficult is it to get that visa approved?

Is it more scrutinous if the content creation is in the field of adult content?
