I want to cancel my Saviii loan

Hello, I tried to apply loan sa Sav** then they offered 180,000 - then I thought assessment palang sya pero biglang for disbursement agad. Now I don't want to proceed any more, I emailed them kanina then eto yung response nila:

How can I cancel this, I have not received the funds yet.
