Is this true?

Hey guys I’m a new paramedic.

I got told by a doctor at a major hospital that “doctors are encouraged to ignore paramedics and their work as it’s irrelevant”. This doctor is working in an ED. Is this how doctors and/or people in a hospital setting see us?
