Are there any football fields/games/clubs around Quezon City?

Hello, I want to play football, but I don't know how to find games/matches to play on. I feel like I need to join a football club, but I also don't know any football clubs around Quezon City, same with finding a football field around the area. The closest thing to a field I've touched were the Marikina Sports Complex field and the sunken garden in UPD.
