Is a « Love spell » with paper, red pen and perfume, actually a love spell? Is it strong enough that it can create love, obsession or infatuation on the person, or is that not considered a truly « real » love spell?

A while back I did a spell like this one, now I regret it and I burned it a while back etc. But the situation with that person got very complicated, and now Im very confused, when I did this « spell » on the person It really did seem to have worked and we barely knew each other? I always thought it was the « spells » doing, but now Im seing many people and witches saying that this would not be strong enough and that It might not even be an actual spell or maybe just manifestation, so what really is it? the spell that I did back then was : a piece of paper, write the persons name 3 times with a red pen, write your own name across of theirs 3 times with a red pen too, then you fold the paper towards you 3 times, and spray perfume on it 3 times. That was it. I know this might seem stupid, but its really important for me I really need an answer, and It really seemed to work I had even done it again and It seemed to work too, but people are saying that? So maybe it was not the spells doing which would not make much sense but If its not strong enough to cause feelings or work then…? Please If you know and have an answer help me!
